The Wavewire Dev Timeline

  • <2018: Got obsessed with video games and made custom content for TES3: Morrowind CS, Warcraft 3 World Editor, Far Cry 2 Editor.
    (Fun fact: I made a FPS mode for Warcraft 3. My friends still hold a grudge.)
  • 2019: First real contact with coding: Making math & physics utilities in Python.
  • 2021 ff.: University CS courses in C++, Java, JavaScript. Built custom renderers & chatrooms.
  • 2022: Dipped into Unity, Blender, Substance Painter. Gamedev spiral begins.
  • 2023: Joined NAVAX GmbH – Microsoft ERP engineering.
    Discovered Unreal Engine. It is good.
  • 2024: Took part in Acerola, Fish, Lowrez, and Brackeys Jams.
    Quit NAVAX. Full-time gamedev.
  • 2025: Made Bombflip for Mini Jam 176.
    Joined Thicket Games LLC as programmer, promoted to lead in March.
